Is the free numerology report really free?
Yes, with no conditions. You share your full name and date of birth on WhatsApp, we generate the report and send it back within 24 to 48 hours. It covers your Mulank, Bhagyank, Lo Shu Grid, all 8 planes, birth luck factor, name compatibility and current mobile number score. Every report is personally verified by Dr. Kolte. Do I need to call, or is WhatsApp enough?
WhatsApp is enough for almost everything: free reports, SIM bookings, consultation scheduling, status updates. For the actual consultation session itself, that runs as a Google Meet audio call with Dr. Kolte. For day-to-day communication, WhatsApp is faster and gives you a written record of what was shared.
What information should I share in the first WhatsApp message?
For a free report or any consultation: your full name as written on official documents, your complete date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and which service you are interested in. For SIM bookings, also share which state you are in so we can confirm Vi network coverage. For business consultations, also share your business name. The pre-filled WhatsApp links on this page already include the right opening.
Which states do you serve for SIM delivery?
We currently deliver SIMs across 19 Indian states on the Vodafone Vi network. Coverage spans most of urban India. To confirm whether your specific city or PIN code is supported, share it on WhatsApp and we will confirm before any booking. Consultations and free reports are available everywhere, including overseas clients.
I’m overseas. Can I still book a consultation?
Yes. The consultation is conducted via Google Meet audio call and the report is shared digitally, so location doesn’t matter. We have clients in 15+ countries. The only service that needs an Indian address is the SIM delivery, since the SIM is on the Indian Vi network. For the consultation, mention your time zone when booking so we can pick a mutually workable slot.
How quickly will I hear back?
WhatsApp messages during business hours (Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM IST) typically get a first response within an hour. Outside business hours, your message will be answered the next working morning. Email is slower; allow 1 business day. If something is genuinely urgent, WhatsApp is the right channel.
I’m not in India. What time zone are you in?
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra (IST, UTC +5:30). Business hours are 10 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. For consultation calls we are flexible about timing and can usually accommodate overseas clients. Just mention your city or time zone when booking.
